Tắt chức năng tự động update trong Windows XP
Bạn Sơn thân mến, hãng Microsoft đã đưa ra bản Windows Genuine Advantage (WGA) có phiên bản 1.5.532.x nhằm kiểm tra bản quyền của Windows. Nếu máy tính của bạn là bản Windows bất hợp pháp sẽ xuất hiện thông báo you may be a victim of software counterfeiting . Khi vào Windows bạn phải chờ vài phút sau đó nhấn vào nút Resolve later mới vào Windows được. Nhưvậy bạn không nên dùng chức năng Auto Update của Windows.
Để tắt chức năng tự động update bạn làm nhưsau: mở Control Panel chọn Automatic Updates , đánh dấu vào ô Turn off Automatic Updates sau đó nhấn OK . Đã bị cảnh báo nhưvậy bạn có thể xem cách hướng dẫn gỡ bỏ bằng tiếng Anh được chỉ dẫn trên trang Web của Microsoft tại địa chỉ http://support.microsoft.com/kb/921914. Cách hướng dẫn được giới thiệu nhưsau:
Để vô hiệu hoá Windows Genuine Advantage bạn làm nhưsau:
- Đăng nhập vào Windows với quyền của Administrator.
- Đổi tên mở rộng của các file sau đây thành .old:
Đổi tên Windows\system32\ WgaLogon.dll thành Windows\system32\ WgaLogon.old
Đổi tên Windows\system32\WgaTray. exe thành Windows\system32\WgaTray.old
- Khởi động lại máy tính.
Gỡ bỏ Windows Genuine Advantage :
- Đăng nhập vào Windows với quyền của Administrator.
- Đổi tên mở rộng của các file sau đây thành.old:
Đổi tên Windows\system32\WgaLogon. dll thành Windows\system32\WgaLogon.old
Đổi tên Windows\system32\WgaTray. exe thành Windows\system32\WgaTray.old
- Khởi động lại máy tính.
- Nhấn Startchọn Run, gõ cmd sau đó nhấn OK .Trong cửa sổ command gõ lệnh sau: Regsvr32 Windows\system32\Legit CheckControl.dll /u sau đó nhấn Enter.
- Khởi động lại máy tính.
- Nhấn Startchọn Run, gõ cmd sau đó nhấn OK .Trong cửa sổ command lần lượt gõ lệnh xoá file sau:
Del Windows\system32\wgalogon.old
Del Windows\system32\WgaTray.old
Del Windows\system32\LegitCheck Control.dl
-Trong cửa sổ command gõ tiếp lệnh sau : regedit , trong cửa sổ Registry Editor tìm đến khóa sau và xoá chúng đi.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsNT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\Notify\WgaLogon
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows \CurrentVersion\Uninstall\ WgaNotify
