At the press conference organized by People's Committee of Quang Binh province on 4th Novemberabout the construction of cable-car in Phong Nha - Ke Bang, Mr. Nguyen Huu Hoai, Chairman of Quang Binh province, confirmed the construction of the cable will not affect the natural and historic values of the national park Phong Nha - Ke Bang.
